Quality & Compliance: Documentation Buyers Can Verify

Who we are

Shenzhen Sisuobo Desiccant Co., Ltd. is an integrated manufacturer and trading company operating under the Absorb King and Ensobo brands. The group's parent company, Shenzhen Absorb King Desiccant Co., Ltd., was founded in 2007; Sisuobo was established in 2014 as a branch.

Our stated mission is to solve moisture and mold problems in various industries. Production runs from two factories in Jiangmen, Guangdong, with 10,000+ m² of production space, 100+ pieces of production and supporting equipment, and annual output of 10,000+ tonnes. The team includes 100+ production employees, a 50+ person sales team, and a dozen-plus management, engineering and R&D staff. We export to 45 countries and regions, including the US, Canada, the UK, France, Australia, Germany, Spain, Vietnam, Bangladesh, South Korea, Greece, Russia, Bulgaria and Turkey.

The quality system behind the paperwork

Compliance documents are only as useful as the process that produces the product. Our quality system is built around a single manufacturing base in Jiangmen, where production equipment, packaging conversion and supporting processes sit under one management structure. That matters to buyers for a practical reason: when you request a document for a specific desiccant, we can identify the item, the packaging material and the production route behind it.

We work as a manufacturer and trading company, so engineering, sales and documentation sit close together. Your questions about a material or a market requirement go to people who know the product line, not to a separate department reading from a script.

Documents and standards we hold

The following names appear in our compliance pack. They are listed as names only — certificate numbers and issuing bodies are provided with the actual documents, not in website copy.

  • ISO 9001 — quality management system standard.
  • RoHS — restriction of hazardous substances, relevant to materials used in and around electrical and electronic goods.
  • REACH — EU regulation on chemicals, relevant to substances contained in our products.
  • DMF Free — no dimethyl fumarate.
  • FDA — see the note below; this is a material-level reference, not a blanket claim.
  • MSDS — safety data sheets for the desiccant materials.
  • BSCI — social compliance audit standard.
  • GMP — good manufacturing practice.

Some of these are certifications, some are declarations, and some are data sheets. We keep the distinction clear rather than presenting all eight as equivalent documents.

What FDA means on our documents

FDA appears in our documentation as a material-level reference for selected sachet constructions. It is not a statement that every desiccant we manufacture is approved for direct food contact, and it is not a substitute for your own regulatory review.

If your application involves food, food packaging, or a tightly regulated market, tell us three things up front: the intended use, the destination market, and the specific sachet material you are considering. We will confirm which construction and which document applies to that item. The final compliance decision for your market remains with you as the buyer — we would rather say that plainly than let a general claim carry more weight than it should.

How to request MSDS, REACH, RoHS and other files

Documentation is issued against a specific product, so a little detail in your first email saves a round trip:

1. Product type and size, for example silica gel 5 g, calcium chloride NW-10g, or a container desiccant such as DB-1000G or DS-2000g. 2. Sachet or outer packaging material, if known. 3. Quantity you are considering. 4. Destination market or regulatory requirement you are working to. 5. Any document already requested by your customer or customs broker.

Send these to Mrs. Angle at sales@desiccantmanufacturer.com. Our WhatsApp number is publicly listed on the website. We can also post documents alongside samples when you order, so the file and the physical product arrive together.

Documents differ by industry

An electronics buyer, a furniture exporter and an apparel brand rarely need the same set of files. A shipment of moisture-sensitive components may raise RoHS and REACH questions, while textiles in a container load usually focus on MSDS and DMF Free. Tell us the industry and the problem you are solving, and we will point you to the right documents instead of sending a generic folder.

Note that documents are issued for a specific product and market, and may be revised as regulations change. If your file is more than a year old, request a current copy before placing a bulk order.
