Each material handles converting, tear strength, airflow and cost differently, and each suits different end uses. Tell us how the sachet will be handled — dropped into a carton by hand, fed through an automated line, packed against a metal part — and we will recommend a material rather than sell you the most expensive one on the list.
Our silica gel is available with a moisture absorption rate of 30–40% of its own weight under test conditions. Blue indicating silica gel is also available: it changes from blue to pink, at 99.8% purity.
Silica gel sachets run from 1 g to 1000 g. Across the wider product line, formats extend up to 2000 g — for example, the Dry Strip DS-2000g container desiccant. Other formats we produce:
We print your logo and artwork on the sachet. Before any print run, we require authorization to use the trademark or brand mark you send. In practice this means: you confirm you own the mark or are licensed to use it, and you provide a letter or email authorizing us to print it on your behalf. We will also ask for artwork in a usable file format and confirm the print area.
This step protects both sides. It prevents unauthorized branded packaging from being produced, and it means your printed sachets cannot be sold on by anyone who is not you.
Lead times run 7–15 working days for standard products and 20–30 days for custom work, in line with typical industry values. Large custom programs are scheduled against your delivery window, so tell us your required arrival date at the start, not after the artwork is approved.
Free samples are available. For standard items, they ship quickly so you can test fit, feel and function. For custom-printed packaging, we review your artwork and authorization first, then confirm the sample plan with you before anything is produced. Samples are the cheapest place to catch a material mistake — a sachet that tears in your hand will tear on your line.
